1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Evets Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to active subscribers.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Payment
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: unlawful activities, unauthorized access, interference with service operation, transmitting malware, or violating intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
Evets Cloud and all associated software, branding, and content are the property of Evets Cloud. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to your subscription terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evets Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts immediately for terms violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall do so.
